Any good cream for freckles Can I use the vitamins company products for freckles and dark circles Aur any other cream? No side effects, please

My 4 years old son is having on & off high fever (more than 103) for last 4 days & he has also sore throat & he is taking antibiotics but that is not enough to reduce his fever. So what could b the reason n what should we do??

Its my 26 weeks of twins preg. I'm already on bed rest I'm having severe backache, legs pain, hips joints pain and viginal bone pain. Baby's movement is also slow. 1 more thing my hands are also burning & bp 130/80. Is it normal? Also I have constipation!

My husband is 29 years old with no medical history. He is having severe headache from the last couple of days. My father is 70 years old. He has been patient of some mental issues since the age of 40. He is normal mentally in regular course but in every 7-10 years he got some attacks. I've been having problems with my menstrual cycle. Each month I got my period but the cycle can be 28-40 days it’s not the same week each month. I took 4 pregnancy tests all negative and I did an ultrasound too. Everything is fine regarding my ovaries. But I just hadn’t gotten my period yet and it’s going 39 days now. Any help? I’m trying to start a family but it’s been hard since I don’t have a Consistent cycle.
